Work one half of your face at a time.

• With the long end of your roller, work in an upward motion towards your ear.

• With the short end of your roller, gently work the under eye area towards your ear.

• Finally, drag your roller down from the bottom of your ear towards the collarbone to encourage lymphatic drainage.

Repeat on opposite side of face.
