Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after order is received.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of package and the destination's distance from our studio in South Carolina. We currently ship with USPS.
Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.
Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email at email@example.com with any concerns. If applicable, customers who are unsatisfied with their order may be offered exchange or store credit on a case by case basis.
We do not assume additional shipping costs for any exchanges and a proof of purchase must be presented if the product was not ordered from our website. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of the damaged product.
We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery.
