We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders over $75 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
We do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of package and the destination's distance from our studio in South Carolina. We currently ship with USPS.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product.
We receive system notifications when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. When this happens, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
